Return & Exchange Policy
STORE PICKUP - 5471 Hwy Z, Wentzville, MO 63385  
  • Orders can be picked up Tuesday - Friday, from 10am - 6pm, Saturday 10am-1pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 
  • Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours (Monday - Friday) 
    Delivery standard is 2 - 7 Business days. Flat rate shipping fee of $9.99 applies to orders shipping to US (contiguous states)

  • Free shipping on orders over $25.00  (excluding taxes and discount).

LOCAL PICKUP
  • During checkout, enter PICK - UP at check out and you will received a text notifation when you order is ready.

  • Orders placed outside of business hours will be available by 11am the next day we are open.

  • You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. Tags on, no wear, no marks, no stains, no odors, or tears.

  • We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

  • You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
